About Kra Waiver Application Form
Kra Waiver Application Form is a document used by individuals or companies seeking exemption from paying certain taxes and duties in Kenya. The acronym KRA stands for Kenya Revenue Authority, which is responsible for collecting revenue on behalf of the government. The Kra Waiver Application Form is typically used for goods that have been imported or exported, and the exemption can be granted for a variety of reasons, including relief efforts, temporary imports, scientific or research purposes, or diplomatic missions. The waiver can also be granted to organizations that are considered to be of public benefit, such as charities and non-profit organizations. Anyone who is seeking to import or export goods into or out of Kenya may require a Kra Waiver Application Form, depending on the nature of the goods and the reason for the exemption. It is important to carefully review the requirements for each waiver exemption and to accurately complete the application form to avoid delays or penalties.
